At Fonacier, our family is dedicated to bringing you only the freshest ingredients whenever possible. The majority of our produce is bought from farming communities in the Central Valley, CA area.

Food is love and our family demonstrates this love by preparing every tortilla, every chip and all of our sauces by hand daily on premises. Our menu is made from recipes handed down from our grandmothers...you can taste the authenticity of our love on every bite.
